The materials we use are from reputed brands and will be procured once approved by the client. All the finish materials will be finalised in the presence of the client and our architect and interior designer. Once finalised, delivery of the materials will be coordinated and updated for the client.
The selection of Labour Contractors involves a process and our experts make sure that only skilled labors are hired.
There will be one site supervisor assigned to the site throughout the assignment. The project coordinator will visit the site at regular intervals, and the senior person(s) will be visiting the site randomly to check the work. Designers and architects will be visiting the site at the beginning of any new stage as well as per the requirements.
